Thursday, August 4th @ 7pm
Kenneth Salters Haven is a vehicle for music that is accessible to all and communicates profound emotion, but is also still in the jazz aesthetic, meaning the music tells a story and expresses emotion through improvisation. It’s been Kenneth’s vision to create and opportunity for himself and other musicians, where they can all completely express their emotions and dynamics, where there is no limit on how happy or dark, loud or soft, simple or complex a musical statement can be. That’s the vision for this band. A Haven for everyone to feel completely safe with limitless expression individually and collectively.
