About the Show
NS Curator and “mesmerizing” vocalist Theo Bleckmann (New York Times), presents trumpeter Ambrose Akinmusire and pianist Shai Maestro, performing as a trio for the first time ever in an evening of original material.
All three boundary-crossing musicians will fuse jazz with modern art song, using improvisation, extended techniques, electronics, and ambient choral spaces to create a sublime state of sound, musicality, and being.
