Creating beautiful walls of sound and ambient textures, Ben Brody’s FLOW STATE combines post-rock and modern minimalism to create a dynamic resonance with their
listeners.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Nikara Warren began playing vibraphone at age 14. Though mostly self taught, she studied with her grandfather, Kenny Barron and vibraphonist Stefon Harris. Ms. Warren received a scholarship to Berklee College of Music and graduated in 2010. After after receiving her degree in Music Business/Management, Nikara spent years working at Sony in the copyright department.  When she realized she missed playing terribly Nikara began composing again, and was able to become an alumna of Betty Carter’s Jazz Ahead class of 2013 and 2014.  Nikara is currently working on her debut album, and can be seen playing with vocalist Charanee Wade, and pianist Kenny Barron.

Honest. Intuitive. Raw. Latasha Alcindor , also known as L.A. is the essence energy in rhyme. Coming from Flatbush, Brooklyn, the young trailblazer utilizes her many talents ranging from poetry and philosphy to give her bites and story to music. Starting out in the vein of spoken word, the artist takes upon her waistbelt the ancestry of storytelling, wordplay and the devotion to experimentation and spins circles around the current phases of Hip Hop, in hopes that her art may change the paradigm of time. In the last Three years of her blossoming career as an emcee, L.A. has opened for various acts including The Lox, Twista, Ghostface Killah, Skyzoo, Big Sean and Nipsey Hussle, rocked at festivals including A3C, SXSW, Manifesto, BK Hip Hop Festival, and Target and BK museum’s First Saturdays and shined in Jay-Z’s That’s Rocawear” Campaign, MTV’s “Sucker Free Sunday“, MTV’s Rapfix “Get in the Game”. She also has headlined a variety of shows from New York City to Toronto. With perpetual growth, style and need for something new, L.A. influences range some of music greats including Queen Latifah, Patti Smith, Missy Elliot, Tina Turner and Notorious B.I.G. However, not one for comparison, L.A. leads her lane with the idea of “being yourself will take you where you need to be.” Currently, she is gearing up for her 3 part LP release #LALYTES, touring across the country. L.A. is excited to be a forefront in the balance of music for the generations to come.
